This morning, ACJC received the GCE A-level results for the Class of 2016. This is the 10th cohort taking the revised curriculum where all candidates offer at least 7 subjects comprising 3 H2 and 1 H1 content-based subjects, of which at least 1 must be a contrasting subject, in addition to H1 General Paper or H2 Knowledge and Inquiry, Project Work and Mother Tongue Language.

ACJC is proud to announce that the class of 2016 has achieved excellent results and set new benchmarks for their juniors in overall passes, distinctions and mean A-level points. All subjects offered at the H2 level had percentage passes at or above the national average with more than two thirds of H2 subjects offered achieving percentage distinctions above the national average. In particular, 8 H2 subjects have surpassed the previous cohort's performance in distinction rates. All subjects offered at H1 level including Project Work, had percentage passes at or above national average with almost all H1 subjects achieving percentage distinctions at or above the national average.

During their 2 years at ACJC, the students of the Class of 2016 have distinguished themselves on the playing field, in performances, in clubs and societies, in academics, and in their service to others. The College gives thanks for each and every one of them. We will be sharing some of their stories in the coming days.

The College would like to thank all who have played a part in the success of the Class of 2016: the dedicated staff of the College, the ever-supportive parents, the ACS and Methodist family. Most of all, we give thanks to God for His infinite goodness.

To God be the Glory! The Best is Yet to Be!
